What does "msgs/month" mean?

Each time you send a message to a mobile phone, you are charged one credit. If you will be receiving incoming messages, but will not be providing a text message response, you will be charged a credit for the incoming message.

How many members can I import into my account?

You can import a maximum of 200,000 members into your account.

Once I register a keyword, for how long do I own it?

Your keyword remains in your account for as long as you make the monthly payments. If you cancel your account or fail to make your payment, the keyword becomes available for others to register after 10 days.

Am I locked into a contract? Can I cancel?

Our Service is provided on a month to month basis. You can cancel at any time. Be sure to cancel before your billing date. There are no partial month refunds..

I don't know how many messages per month I will be sending. Which package should I choose?

If you are unsure of how many message you need, then you should sign-up with the minimal message package. If the messages run low, you can purchase additional credits that stay with the account until they are used. Unlike Keyword credits, these unused credits will rollover one additional month. When you have a good idea of how many you use each month, it will be cheaper to get into the correct keyword package.

Can I start with the lower package and then upgrade if I need more?

Yes, our SMS Manager makes it very simple to upgrade or downgrade your monthly package. It only takes a few minutes and can be done at anytime.
